DZJ series air-cooled Roots vacuum pump is based on the ordinary Roots vacuum pump to add a bypass gas cooling system. The external cooler automatically circulates the gas to cool the rotor and the pump body, and the cooling gas enters the suction chamber of the pump from both sides of the pump body, so that the pump will not overheat due to the compressed gas, so that it can operate reliably under the high pressure difference and high compression ratio for a long time, but has no effect on the pumping performance of the pump. The pump can be used alone or in series, or in series with liquid ring vacuum pump and ordinary Roots vacuum pump to achieve a higher vacuum degree to meet various process requirements.

● Wide application range. Because the exhaust side can withstand high pressure, it effectively solves the phenomenon of overload and overheating caused by excessive pressure difference and poor vacuum degree of the common Roots vacuum pump;

● Can work under higher inlet pressure. ZJQ series air-cooled Roots vacuum pump can theoretically work under the condition of atmospheric pressure at the inlet;

● The motor power is uncertain. ZJQ series air-cooled Roots vacuum pumps need to calculate the maximum pressure difference during actual operation according to the process conditions to determine the required motor power.
